Summary: The Unified Wave Theory of Physics (UWT) unifies gravity, electromagnetism, strong and weak nuclear forces, matter, and the Higgs mechanism via two scalar fields, Φ1 and Φ2. This paper presents a Theory of Everything (ToE) Lagrangian, predicting particle masses (proton: 0.158% error, neutron: 0.209%, electron/W/quarks: 0%), electron g-factor (6.43σ), baryon asymmetry (η ≈ 5.995×10^-10, 5σ), and gravitational phenomena (planetary orbits, free fall, black hole mergers, cosmic expansion) with 98–99% fits (5σ QED, 4σ CP, 100% lensing, 2σ neutrino).
