RNAseq of SPOC-tethering mESCs. Overall design: RNAseq on BglG-GFP and BglG-GFP-SPOC Spen-degron TX1072 mESCs. RNAseq in 4 biological replicates at 3 different times of dox induction or auxin-depletion: untreated, Dox24h and Dox+Auxin24h (note that in the last one, cells are treated with auxin for 12h to pre-deplete SPEN, and then treated with Dox+Auxin for 24h). The TX1072 is a mESC cell line, derived from hybrid F1 embryo obtained by crossing mouse from 2 different backgrounds (BL/6J x CAST-EiJ) therefore allowing allele specific analysis. The count table (processed data) contains the raw and normalize count without allele specific analysis, as well as the allele-specific count for the BL6 and CAST alleles, for each sample.
