16s rRNA gene sequencing results of activated sludge microbial community in MBR with added BH4 and DKY-1 entrapping beads

This project includes 16s rRNA gene sequencing results of activated sludge microbial communities with BH4 entrapping beads alone, DKY-1 entrapping beads alone, vacant beads alone, BH4 and DKY-1 entrapping beads, and conventional MBR control group. It also included initial activated sludge microbial community sequencing results as well as activated sludge microbial community sequencing results for 30 and 75 days of MBR operation for each group.
