This dataset comprises high-resolution spatial distribution maps of basic physical and chemical properties of soils across the entire country, including pH (H₂O) value, organic carbon content, organic carbon density, cation exchange capacity (CEC), total nitrogen content, total nitrogen density, total phosphorus content, total phosphorus density, total potassium content, total potassium density, bulk density, gravel content (>2 mm), sand fraction, silt fraction, clay fraction, soil texture type, soil thickness, and more. The horizontal spatial resolution is 90 m, and it is also resampled to 250 m and 1000 m resolutions to cater to different application requirements. The vertical dimension covers six soil layer depths: 0–5 cm, 5–15 cm, 15–30 cm, 30–60 cm, 60–100 cm, and 100–200 cm. This dataset was developed based on soil profile sampling sites obtained from the recent "National Soil Series Survey and Compilation of *Soil Series of China*" project. Adopting the predictive soil mapping paradigm, it leverages geographic information and remote sensing technologies to finely characterize and spatially analyze soil-forming environmental conditions, develops an adaptive deep function fitting method, and integrates advanced ensemble machine learning methods to generate high-resolution three-dimensional digital distribution maps of a series of soil properties across China and their corresponding uncertainty distributions. Compared with existing soil maps and related soil datasets, this work has significantly improved accuracy and resolution, better characterized the spatial variability of soil properties in China, and can be widely applied to multiple disciplines including soil science, agriculture, ecology, hydrology, climatology, environmental science, and others. It also represents an important contribution to the "Global Soil Mapping Science Program" (GlobalSoilMap.net).
