Dataset Bannwald
收藏资源简介:
A bann forest is a special form of protected forest or forests with a welfare function. A ban may be carried out in the case of property protection forests, forests where welfare effects predominate, and forests that pose a direct risk due to their condition or management. The possibility exists only for forests where the economic or public interest to be protected (= banal purpose) is more important than the associated restrictions for the forest owner through the ban. Possible banal purposes include: • Protection against natural hazards (avalanches murmurs, rockfall, floods, etc.) • Source protection • Maintenance of roads and power lines • Security of military installations As part of the Protective Forest Action Programme “Wald Protect Us!”, the milestone “Digitalisation Initiative Schutzwald” evaluated for the first time an up-to-date and nationwide status of active ban forests (with notice).
