Acute lung injury is a common and fatal inflammatory condition in critically ill patients. TFNAs (Tetrahedral Framework Nucleic Acids) have good potential to therapy inflammatory diseases. In ALI in vitro cell model, transcriptome sequencing of MLE12 cells was established and divided into LPS treatment group, LPS and tetrahedral nucleic acid treatment group, LPS and tetrahedral nucleic acid and 3MA treatment group, LPS and rapamycin treatment group, n=4.The study aimed to use TFNAs to treat MLE12 to investigate the effect and possible mechanism.
