The application of high-frequency ultrasonography in post-therapeutic assessment of Actinic Keratosis after photodynamic therapy

Dataset contains HFUS images registered with DermaScan C, a Cortex Technology, Aalborg, Denmark device, linear 20 MHz probe) before, and during PDT treatment. For more details please refer to the article: https://doi.org/10.3390/cancers16223778.All experiments were performed following the protocol approved by the Bioethics Committee at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, under reference number 523/23 on 29 June 2023. This study was conducted at the Department of Dermatology of Poznan University of Medical Sciences from June 2023 to April 2024. Database consists of 4 folders corresponding to: T0: baseline (before therapy), T1: after 4 weeks, T2: after 8 weeks, T3: after 12 weeks, healthy: recorded on seemingly healthy skin. Data is stored as PNG.Image data is named as followed: PXXX_mX where PXXX is patient identifier and mX is marker identifier, same in each follow-up (folders T0-T3). In healthy skin samples, data is named PXXX_hX, where hX is identifier of each site.
