全省各单位公务用车需要维修或保养时由车辆的调度单位的车辆管理人员发起申请，提交至定点维修厂检修。检修完成后在根据检修的结果，在多家定点维修厂发起询价。由各单位车辆管理人员选定一家维修厂的报价，并提交单位内部审批。审批通过后，车辆进入指定的维修厂进行维修，并由维修厂填报实际的维修项目、工时及金额。最终再由报修单位的车辆管理人员确认完整维修单信息。

For official vehicles of all provincial-level units requiring maintenance or servicing, applications shall be initiated by vehicle managers of the vehicle dispatching units, and submitted to designated repair shops for inspection and repair. Upon completion of the inspection and repair, price quotations shall be solicited from multiple designated repair shops based on the inspection results. Vehicle managers of each unit shall select the quotation from one repair shop and submit it for internal unit approval. Following successful approval, the vehicle will be dispatched to the designated repair shop for maintenance, and the repair shop shall fill in the actual maintenance items, labor hours and total cost. Finally, vehicle managers of the maintenance-requesting unit shall confirm the complete maintenance order information.
