Folder content: metadata.zip: all the sample metadata for the involved studies. proteomes.zip: contains the gene content network, obtained for different annotations. UHGGv2.0.1.zip: the output of MAGNET for all the processed samples. tablez.zip: contains all the functional and taxonomic tables, for different annotations. Also, tables are split by 'omics. magnet_metadata_run0.csv: contains the novel and well structured metadata.
