To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.本数据集采用cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）技术检测年轻、中年及老年小鼠的转录组（transcriptome），以评估小鼠不同组织中与衰老相关的分子变化。本研究同时纳入雌雄双性小鼠，以探究多个组织内年龄因素的影响效应。关键词：年龄与性别比较。按年龄与性别分组，对至多40只小鼠开展比对分析。
