资源简介:
Resistance gene enrichment sequencing (RenSeq) enables selective capture and enrichment of the genes that encode nucleotide-binding sites and leucine rich repeats (NBS-LRR) proteins, major components of plant immunity. RenSeq was applied mainly to S. lycopersicum Heinz and wild tomato speices as well as N. benthamiana and C. annuum which all belong to Solanaceae. The enriched libraries were sequenced using PacBio Sequel.
