Our research aimed to understand the gene expression profile in human umbilicial vein endothelial cells treated with 17,18-EEQ, then find the sepcific mechanism and signaling pathway in response to 17,18-EEQ stimulation. Overall design: In this study, primary HUVECs were pretreated with 1 μM 17,18-EEQ for 24 h. The control group and 17,18-EEQ-treated group were collected for RNA sequencing.
