The goal of this study was to map transcriptional changes at the single cell level at different time points after spinal cord injury in zebrafish larvae. RNA profiles of single cells isolated from trunk tissue of spinal cord-lesioned Tg(BAC(pdgfrb:Gal4ff))ncv24;Tg(UAS:EGFP)zf82 (referred to as pdgfrb:EGFP) transgenic zebrafish larvae (uninjured, 6, 12, 24, 48 hours after injury), were generated by scRNA-seq, in duplicates, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000
