地表下行长波辐射DLR(surface downward longwave radiation)是指到达地表的大气向下辐射的长波辐射通量密度，由红外通道 13、16 的亮度温度和晴空大气总可降水产品经由一套反演模式计算得到。卫星的地表下行长波辐射产品，时间频率10分钟，空间分辨率2km。

Surface Downward Longwave Radiation (DLR) refers to the longwave radiative flux density of downward atmospheric radiation reaching the Earth's surface. It is calculated from the brightness temperatures of infrared channels 13 and 16, as well as total precipitable water products over clear-sky atmospheres, via a set of inversion models. The satellite-based surface downward longwave radiation product has a temporal frequency of 10 minutes and a spatial resolution of 2 km.
