This study aims to investigate the downstream molecular mechanisms of Stk40 through transcriptome analysis. We performed RNA-seq on Stk40 knockout and wild-type control Hep53.4 cells. Total RNA was extracted and sequenced on the Illumina platform with 2x150 bp paired-end configuration. The resulting data will be used to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways regulated by Stk40, providing insights into its biological functions and potential role in disease.
