资源简介:
There are four main goals for this study: • To assess the extent to which gratitude, appreciation, and politeness are distinct constructs; • Assuming that they are distinct, albeit related, constructs, to assess which of them correlates more highly with the two most commonly used gratitude scales, namely the GQ-6 and the GRAT, as well as one other less used gratitude scale (the GAQ), two measures of life satisfaction (the YSWL and the SWLF), and a measure of depression (the CES-D); • To assess whether the same correlational patterns are found in the United States, China, and Brazil; • To assess whether there are mean differences in the levels of these constructs in the United States, China, and Brazil.
