RNA-seq data of 0DPA ovules of GhHDA5 RNAi lines and control (Coker-312)

Cotton fiber is a natural source of the textile fiber but its development poorly understood. To decipher the molecular mechanism of GhHDA5, transcriptome sequencing analysis revealed that several fiber developments related genes were altered in the 0DPA ovules of GhHDA5-suppressed lines in comparison to the control plants (Coker-312). This study provides a better understanding of the epigenetic regulation of fiber development.
