CodeBook Kardiovize Brno 2030 – cohort 25–64 years Baseline 2013–2016

The Kardiovize is an ongoing multidisciplinary epidemiological project with a random sample of 25–64 years-old residents of the city of Brno, stratified by sex and gender, designed as a prospective study. The goal includes assessing the prevalence, determinants, outcomes and trends of cardiovascular diseases in urban population of the Czech Republic. The recruitment and core baseline examinations were completed in 2014. A few additional measurements were completed in 2015–2016. This document describes the content, structure and layout of a data collection. It contains information intended to be complete and self-explanatory for each variable in a data file.
