IRG1-mediated itaconate production coordinates TCA metabolic rewiring and antiviral immunity during Cowpox virus infection

This dataset contains untargeted LC-MS/MS metabolomics data from J2 macrophage cell samples. The study includes uninfected control samples and CPXV-infected samples collected at 24 hours, analyzed in both positive and negative ionization modes using HILIC LC-MS/MS. Raw AB SCIEX WIFF files, WIFF.scan companion files, processed feature abundance tables, and protocol/methods information are provided. The dataset includes six uninfected control biological replicates, six CPXV-infected 24-hour biological replicates, and three pooled quality-control samples. The dataset has also been submitted to the Metabolomics Workbench/National Metabolomics Data Repository for curation.
