Metagenômica microbiana do solo em sistemas integrados de produção: ILPF Fazenda Barbosa.

The characterization of the taxonomic profiles of the soil microbial communities present in the integrated system configurations at Fazenda Barbosa, Brejo, MA: ILP (Crop-Livestock: soybeans rotated with corn + Marandu grass + cattle), ILF (Crop-Forest: eucalyptus rows and between rows of annual crops), IPF (Livestock-Forest: rows of eucalyptus and between rows of Tamani grass + cattle) and in the controls conventional cultivation (soybeans in direct planting), cerrado and cerrado forest in the DNA samples obtained were used to metagenomic sequencing on the Illumina platform. The DNA samples underwent the library preparation process and were sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform (Paired-end 2x 300 bp). The microorganisms were classified based on the amplicons of the hypervariable region V3 – V4 of the 16S rRNA gene, the sequences of which will be made available in this database.
