**GSTpro** is a graph representation learning framework for heterogeneous spatial omics data. GSTpro uses Delaunay Triangulation to construct platform-adaptive spatial graphs and integrates hybrid graph augmentation with multi-view contrastive learning to improve embedding robustness while preserving biologically relevant spatial relationships. The datasets for this study is being prepared for public release and will be continuously uploaded during the submission process.
