This repository relates to the rodent data reported in the manuscript "Circadian and brain state modulation of network hyperexcitability in Alzheimer’s disease". (Brown et al., (2018) 27 April 2018, 5 (2) ENEURO.0426-17.2018. DOI: 10.1523/ENEURO.0426-17.2018)
The repository contains:
- EEG data from 8 month old APP NL/F and wild-type mice, as acquired using Opensource Instruments EEG data acquisition system, and LWDAQ/Neuroarchiver software. The data are saved in .ndf format and can be viewed using Neuroarchiver tool in LWDAQ, available here:
