基因表达综合数据库中肝癌RNA芯片（GSE14520）

GSE14520数据集包含有生存信息的221例被诊断为肝细胞癌的患者，所有样本收集于中国，且患者都存在HBV病毒感染。该数据集中的RNA表达定量由Affymetrix芯片平台完成，而非之前提到的二代测序技术。其中RNA的表达量是根据芯片中的荧光强度进行计算，使用了Affymetrix 配套软件对荧光信号强度进行分析。数据标准化使用了全局归一化（RMA）算法进行校正分析，随后进行了对数话转换。

The GSE14520 dataset encompasses 221 patients diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with available survival information. All samples were collected in China, and all enrolled patients were infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV). RNA expression quantification in this dataset was performed using the Affymetrix microarray platform, rather than the previously mentioned next-generation sequencing technology. Specifically, RNA expression levels were calculated based on the fluorescence intensity from the microarray, and the fluorescence signal intensity was analyzed using Affymetrix-supplied software. Data normalization and correction were carried out using the robust multi-array average (RMA) algorithm, followed by logarithmic transformation.
