Existing Laws on Bangladesh’s Circular Economy

The circular economy is reliable for facing environmental challenges and is quickly increasing worldwide. It is such a concept that involves the sustainable use of natural resources. A legislative system must be formed to legalize the development and promotion of a CE. This study will focus on the existing domestic CE laws and explain the reasons for integrating CE principles into policy and legislation. For instance, incorporating CE principles into policy and legislation can support the further development of a CE. Educating the public about the CE and its paybacks is also necessary. However, the government of Bangladesh has started developing and implementing preferential policies to encourage interest in and expand enterprises to implement a CE.

循环经济在应对环境挑战方面具有可靠性，且在全球范围内正迅速增长。循环经济是一种涉及自然资源可持续利用的概念。必须构建一套立法体系，以合法化循环经济的开发与推广。本研究将聚焦于现有国内循环经济法规，并阐释将循环经济原则融入政策和立法的原因。例如，将循环经济原则融入政策和立法可以支持循环经济的进一步发展。对公众进行循环经济及其益处的教育也是必要的。然而，孟加拉国政府已经开始制定和实施优惠政策，以鼓励对循环经济的兴趣并扩大企业实施循环经济的范围。
