First tab describes raw results of GO analysis, with all DE genes and their correspondent GO categories (and functions). Second tab shows the identified functions of the “biological process” category of all 55 DE genes and the number of reported genes for each function. Functional categories with the largest number of genes are highlighted in yellow. GO analysis was performed using Blast2Go software [39].
