Impact of exosomal miR-92b in hepatocellular carcinoma: its role for cancer immunoediting and clinical value for prognosis

To further development of our gene expression approach to HCC development, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to distinguish defferent grades of HCC development by real-time PCR, confirming variability betweenHCC grades as well as the predicted HCC biomarkers HCC exosomes induced gene expression in rat blood was measured on 0 and Day 35, Day 49 (moderate ) and Day 49 (severe) after injecting one dose to baffolo rats. Four independent experiments were performed at each time (0 to 49 days) using different rats for each experiment.
