This research data set is derived from the publication: In search of the right “vibe”: Socialization in (trans)national memory and visual cultures and its impact on the perception of Holocaust exhibitions in Poland and Germany by Zofia Wóycicka and Michalina Musielak.The data set includes the scenarios of individual in-depth interviews (IDIs) and group interviews conducted immediately after the visit, as well as sets of photographs taken by participants.Scenarios:pre-visit IDI scenario;post-visit group interview scenarios for Markowa, Krakow and Berlin.Selected images from:Museum Otto Weidt’s Workshop for the Blind in Berlin,Ulma Family Museum of Poles Saving Jews in World War II in Markowa.All photos are credited to the project participants whose identities have been anonymised (no. 2021/43/B/HS2/01596), National Science Centre, Poland.
