Arable farming standards for flooding (Environmental Regulation)

This stock contains the delimitation of arable farming for the water nuisance standard, as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. The storage and disposal capacity of the regional water systems shall be designed to provide an environmental value of 1:25. This means that the built area may not flood more than once every 25 years from the water system. The Water Boards must, where necessary, take measures to meet this standard.
