Assistance to the Territorial Residence for street and circus arts 2013

The dataset concerns aid granted in 2013 in the context of support for Territorial Residence for Street and Arts Arts circus. The residence is understood as the association of an artist or an artist. artistic team and a local authority or host structure around a project of residence arts of the street or the track in the public space. The aim is to promote the sustainable presence of artists in a territory for a period exceeding that of simple presentation of a work or a show. This presence is registered in a local development strategy and based on a triple mission: the creation or presentation of work stages or models, the wide and diversified dissemination of production and actions awareness-raising and support among the population. ***Beneficiaries*** The structures which may benefit from this regional aid shall be eligible for this regional aid. act for the development of creation, production and dissemination of works in public space: company of street or circus, artist collective, operator working in the fields artistic street and circus arts; local authorities and institutional places. The reception structure must be equipped with resources people, logistics and techniques sufficient to guarantee the feasibility of the residence. ***Eligibility requirements *** Eligible projects must develop around a residence territorial (creation or establishment) in Île-de-France, on a precise duration: — less than 6 months for so-called creative residences — from 6 months to 1 year for settlement residences. Priority will be given to projects taking place on territories where the artistic fields of the street arts and the arts of the circus are less or less present. \ They must meet the following criteria: — concern artists/companies whose creation or project territory is part of the public space. The aid is set at 50 % of the subsidising expenditure HT or VAT if the structure does not recover VAT, subject to a ceiling a maximum grant of EUR 20 000 for residence from 1 to 6 months and EUR 40 000 for residence from 6 to 12 months.
