Apocynum pictum is an important fiber and medicinal plant resource in China with tolerance to saline-alkali stress. Flavonoids are a common class of plant secondary metabolites with good antioxidant effects. We aim to investigate the mechanism by which quercetin and kaempferol enhance the salt tolerance of Apocynum pictum from the perspective of total transcription.
