Replication data for: single-cell magnetic moments of magnetotactic bacteria via scanning NV magnetometry

Analyses of this dataset are presented in the following scientific journal article: Kaub, L., et al. (2026). Single-cell magnetic moments of magnetotactic bacteria via scanning NV magnetometry. The dataset contains magnetic measurements of magnetotactic bacteria (MTB) using scanning nitrogen-vacancy (NV) magnetometry. Maps were collected from two types of samples: MTB embedded in Araldite and in methyl methachrylate (MMA) --> given in file names. Data was collected with a scanning NV magnetometer. Included in this dataset are magnetic field maps in two formats: Matlab MAT files containing raw data and PNG image files of the corresponing data illustrating the magnetic field.
