GCAD-Global v1.2 and Nature flagship analysis package: inverting the institutional filter of global industrial accident records (1970-2025)

Version v1.18: Nature flagship submission package (editorial pre-review, fifteenth pass - reference list and reproducibility fixes). Adds reference 24, a Nature-format dataset citation for the GCAD-Global Zenodo deposit, and renumbers the reference list to strict first-appearance order (now 1-43; former references 24-42 become 25-43 and all in-text superscripts are updated). Clarifies the Data availability statement to distinguish the GCAD-Global v1.2 data product from the versioned Zenodo release package. Fixes a defect in md2docx_nf.py (a missing doc.save call) so the deposited Word files are regenerated from their Markdown sources and are now consistent with them; the manuscript, cover letter and Supplementary Information Word files are rebuilt accordingly, and the integrated Supplementary Information docx (10 Extended Data figures, 40 tables) is included. No analysis number, result, citation content, qualifier or argument changed; main text 2,472 words; abstract 187 words.
