MCF-7 , ER alpha positive breast cancer cell line was treated with 27HC or DMSO control for 72 hours and genome wide DNA methylation study was done. The genes which showed significant DNA hypermethylation were PTDSS2 and MIR613. This was validated using bisulfite sequencing and analyzed by using BISMA for finding out methylated CpGs upon 27HC treatment This data is provided herewith.
