Data and codesample.csv — Contains forested locations with corresponding distance to forest edge and aboveground biomass density values.AGB_global_90th_biomass.csv, AGB_tropical_90th_biomass.csv, AGB_temperate_90th_biomass.csv, AGB_boreal_90th_biomass.csv — Aboveground biomass density values for edge and interior forests across each biome. These files are pre-processed for generating Figure 3, using the depth of edge influence defined as the mean distance for points within the 90th percentile of biomass density.EdgeLimit_90th_biomass.csv — Provides the depth of edge influence (in meters) for each grid cell.Rscript — R code used for the analysis presented in the study.
