Genomic analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa AK08 and phage-resistant derivatives

This BioProject includes whole-genome sequencing data of Pseudomonas aeruginosa AK08 and derived bacteriophage-resistant mutants. The project aims to characterize genomic variations associated with phage resistance and to identify mutations potentially involved in receptor modification, surface structure alterations, or other resistance mechanisms.
