资源简介:
The growth rate of young ruminants is associated with the production performance in later life. However, the role of rumen epithelium bacteria and microbiota-host interactions in modulating the growth rate of ruminants in early life remain unclear. In the present study, we investigated the rumen fermentation pattern, rumen microbiota features, and global gene expression profiles of rumen epithelium of 6-month-old goats with different growth rate.
