Plot-week data and R code for longitudinal surveillance of mealybug population and pineapple wilt signals

This record contains a deidentified dataset of 180 plot-week observations from a 12-week longitudinal surveillance study of mealybug populations and visible pineapple wilt-associated symptoms in three observational field contexts on cultivated tropical peat in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The package includes a data dictionary, repository-relative R code for the statistical analysis and Figures 1–2, executed statistical outputs, final supplementary statistical tables, final editable vector figures, and software-session records. Exact field coordinates, grower identities, plant-level identifiers, plant-level mealybug detection-state transitions, and plant-level symptom trajectories are excluded. Field-context terms are adjustment contrasts and must not be interpreted as replicated effects of cultivation duration.
