资源简介:

R code and data files needed to reproduce the results in Sydenham et al. (2025) Role of forest edges and other seminatural linear landscapefeatures in structuring wild bee habitat connectivity in intensivelymanaged landscapes. The data files contain: R script.R; R script containing code for running analyses. Vector files: TransectSites.shp: spatial lines with location of study sites and a "SiteID" identifier. Lines are 50m and define the transect from which wild bees were sampled SpatPointSiteIDs.shp: spatial points with location of study sites and a "SiteID" identifier. Points are defined by the centroid of transect lines csv files: PlantSite.csv: ";" delimited csv file containing data from vegetation surveys along transects. Surveys were conduced by recording the presensce of plant species within ten one square meter grids. Within each grid plant occurrences were recorded in 16 0.25m by 0.25m subgrids. The csv contains columns Day = day of survey Month = month of survey Year = year of survey Site_id = site identifier Flower count = Number of occurrences within subgrids_Number of occurrences within 1m grids along the transect Comment: Text string explaining the data structure. ModelMetaComNetDF.csv; comma delimited csv file containing data from wild bee flower-visitation surveys. The bee survey data are from Sydenham et al. (2022) Neutral processes related to regional bee commonness and dispersal distances are important predictors of plant–pollinator networks along gradients of climate and landscape conditions. Ecography, 2022(12), e06379. The data contains multiple columns not used in the attached R script. Columns in the data are: Site_id = site identifier Pollinator_species = bee species identifier Plant_species = plant species identifier SitePlant = site plant combination PlantFreq = local plant abundance Occurrence = presence or absence of interaction between bee and plant at site SitePlantPollinator = site plant bee combination PlantDCA1 = plant trait with regards to which pollinators they attract PlantDCA2 = plant trait with regards to which pollinators they attract PlantDCA3 = plant trait with regards to which pollinators they attract PlantDCA4 = plant trait with regards to which pollinators they attract meanPlantPhenolgyDay = Peak flowering time of plant, estimated from the peak in interaction frequencies with bees BeePhenology = flight time of bees Eusocial = Sociality of bees BeeDCA1 = bee trait with regards to which plants they visit BeeDCA2 = bee trait with regards to which plants they visit BeeDCA3 = bee trait with regards to which plants they visit BeeDCA4 = bee trait with regards to which plants they visit RegionalCommonness = Regional commonness of bee species coords.x2 = latitude coordinates coords.x1 = latitude coordinates ShannonH = Landscape diversity around study site bio1 = Annual mean temperature at study site DistSnd = Distance to sand deposits from study site Norwegian landscape for maps.tif; satelite image of the study region in Norway, used for producing figures. Danish landscape for maps.tif; satelite image of the study region in Norway, used for producing figures. To execute the code the CLC+ backbone map from 2018 is needed and can be downloaded here: CLMS_CLCplus_RASTER_2018_010m_eu_03035_V1_1: © European Union, Copernicus Land Monitoring Service <year>, European Environment Agency (EEA), CLCplus Backbone 2018 (raster 10 m), Europe, 3-yearly, https://doi.org/10.2909/cd534ebf-f553-42f0-9ac1-62c1dc36d32c
