We report globel transcriptomic landscane and TCR sequencing of synovial fluid cells and autologoug peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Overall design: We performed single cell RNA sequencing and TCR sequencing of synovial fluid cells and matching peripheral blood samples from eight patients who developed arthritis after immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
