Wind Load design data based on a report titled "Colorado Front Range Gust Map" presented to the Structural Engineers Association of Colorado (SEAC) at its March 16, 2006, General Meeting, authored by Jon A. Peterka with the technical assistance of SEAC's Wind Load Committee. The nominal design wind speed (2008 Building Code amendments) was converted to ultimate design speed and rounded to the nearest 5 mph as required by the 2017 amendments to the Building Code using a 100-year design standard.
