Design and Validation of Insoles Using OpenSim and Other Analyses

This project is aiming at designing and validating insoles for flat/high-arched foot using OpenSim and other analyses. Many studies have reported that flat/high-arched foot can cause not only the short-term problems such as foot fatigue or ankle pain, but also long-term problems such as abnormal gait posture or knee/hip pain. Using various methods including OpenSim gait analysis, we are studying how gait patterns of patients with flat/high-arched foot are different from those of normal people, and how insole parameters affect users’ gait patterns. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=646#pack_1051">Pilot Study </a> </li> </ul>

本项研究旨在运用OpenSim及其他分析工具，设计并验证适用于平足/高弓足的足弓垫。众多研究指出，平足/高弓足不仅可能导致短期内的足部疲劳或踝部疼痛等不适，还可能引发长期性的异常步态姿势或膝关节/髋关节疼痛。通过结合OpenSim步态分析等多种方法，本研究致力于探究平足/高弓足患者的步态模式与常人步态模式之间的差异，并分析足弓垫参数如何影响使用者的步态模式。本项研究涉及以下软件/数据包：
