The synergistic regimen CT-VT-RT triggers proinflammatory antiviral signalling with activation of apoptotic cascades resulting in tumor cell death. The experiment was designed to elicit individual treatment effects using monotherapies to understand the combinatorial sequential effect of dual and triple regimen using appropriate controls.
