Gene expression of mouse embryonic gonad [Nanos3]

To identify germ cell- and somatic cell-specific gene expression profiles, we performed expression microarray analysis of the mouse gonads of the Nanos3+/-, Nanos3-/- female and male embryos from E12.5 to E15.5. Biological duplicates were examined at each stage, genotype, and sex for each experiment.为鉴定生殖细胞与体细胞特异性基因表达谱，本研究对胚胎发育第12.5天（E12.5）至第15.5天（E15.5）的Nanos3+/-、Nanos3-/-基因型雌雄小鼠胚胎的性腺开展了基因表达微阵列分析。本实验在各发育阶段、每种基因型及每种性别分组中均设置了生物学重复样本。
