Four state Sb2S3/VO2 based meta-atoms

Data_1, 2, 3 contains structural parameter values of the meta-atoms and the corresponding out files contain their reflection amplitude and phase values in the four states. For example, line 1 in the data_1.txt file contains the 11 structural parameters of a unit cell in the following order: [𝑤,ℎ,𝑑,𝑡,𝑣1,𝑣2,𝑣3,𝑥1,𝑥2,𝑦1,𝑦2]. For this structure the response can be found in the first 8 lines of the out_data_1.txt file. The lines represent the IA state reflection phase, amplitude; IC state reflection phase, amplitude; MC state reflection phase, amplitude; and MA state reflection phase, amplitude each over the wavelengths 620 to 820 nm.
