The objective of the “Eolien Terrestrial” standard is to measure the evolution of the power of wind turbines installed in the region and to calculate annually an indicator of the achievement of the target set by the regional wind scheme by 2020. The second point of the “Eolien Terrestrial” standard is to propose a harmonised framework for the dissemination of wind energy information to the general public.
