On the afternoon of 27 August, a severe thunderstorm hit the town of San Felice a Cancello, Campania. The thunderstorm triggered a mudslide near the town (Contrada Talanico) that caused damage over an area extending two kilometres.. The purpose of the activation is to understand the delineation of the mudslide and a reference map before the event. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide damage assessment emergency mapping.
