Antibiofilm Peptide Sequences from HSPN (15 Clusters) and CSN (12 Clusters) Similarity Networks

This dataset contains all the antibiofilm peptide sequences distributed among the Half-Space Proximal Network (HSPN) and Chemical Space Network (CSN) models developed in the study “Mapping the Antibiofilm Peptide Space with Similarity Networks and Curated Negative Sets.” The dataset is organized by network type and cluster: HSPN: 15 clusters of antibiofilm peptides based on half-space proximity relationships. CSN: 12 clusters representing peptide connectivity in chemical similarity space. All sequences are provided in FASTA format.
