普定站作为国家野外科学观测研究网络和中国生态系统研究网络的成员,基于中国通量观测研究网络(ChinaFLUX)数据处理要求,整理了2015年至2019年沙湾自然恢复样地碳水通量和常规气象数据,主要包括生态系统净碳交换量(NEE)、生态系统呼吸(Re)、生态系统初级生产力(GPP)、潜热通量(LE)、显热通量(H)、空气温度、空气相对湿度、风速、风向、太阳总辐射、净辐射、降水量等指标。本数据集可为开展我国南方喀斯特地区坡耕地退耕还林后生态系统自然恢复初期碳汇能力和耗水特征及其与气候变化响应关系等研究提供数据支撑。

Puding Station, as a member of the National Field Scientific Observation and Research Network and the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network, compiled the carbon and water flux data and routine meteorological data of the Shawan natural restoration plots from 2015 to 2019 in accordance with the data processing requirements of ChinaFLUX (China Flux Observation and Research Network). The main indicators include net ecosystem carbon exchange (NEE), ecosystem respiration (Re), gross primary productivity (GPP), latent heat flux (LE), sensible heat flux (H), air temperature, air relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, total solar radiation, net radiation, precipitation and other related metrics.
This dataset can provide data support for studies on the carbon sequestration capacity and water consumption characteristics of ecosystems during the initial stage of natural restoration after the conversion of sloping farmland to forest in the karst regions of southern China, as well as their response relationships with climate change.
