The Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF; Skamarock et al. 2008)) model is used to create this dataset associated with the TPEMIP project. Initial and boundary conditions are provided from ERA-interim (Dee et al. 2011) and OISST (Reynolds et al. 2007; Banzon et al. 2016). Horizontal resolution is 0.18 x 0.18 degree and output format is netcdf. A calculation period (output period) is from 00Z21April to 00Z01September (from 00Z01May to 23Z31August) each year. The dataset of 2003 test run is uploaded until March 31, 2020 (v1), and all the runs will be done until December 31, 2020 (v2).
