Leading purchase channels among consumers Vietnam 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in Vietnam in November 2023, around 47 percent of respondents said that they would usually find the item and purchase it online. In addition, other consumers ordered products online and picked them up in a retail store or from a pick-up location, as stated by 31 percent of the surveyed respondents.
